I will adive you to get an eye check up first from an opthalmologist. These symptoms are very common in ppl with undetected vision /eye problem. Secondly its summers. These symptoms can also be due to dehydration. Try to consume a lot of fluids. Also evalute yourself if yiu are having sound sleep. Staying up late in nights , any stress, can aslo cause these symptoms
