Headache while studying
I am a chartered accountant student studying for my final examination. I gave my exam in May after studying for 4 straight months. In april i had these chronic headaches which would cure only after i slept for hours. I am giving my 2nd attempt this November and studying for the same. The headache has returned. It pains mainly on the sides and the lower back of the skull. I got my eyes tested. There is no problem with the same. I dont have spectacles. Please help.

I understand your concern. This is not a big problem and has an easy treatment . But before I prescribe you the treatment, you need to answer the following questions for proper dosages and good treatment. 1. What's your age ? 2. Whats your Height and weight ? 3. Since when do you have this problem ? 4. Do you have any other health problems except this problem? 5. Do you take any other medicines ? 6. Do you have any allergy to any medicines or otherwise? 7. Do you have any acidity problem ? 8. Do you drink or smoke ? 9. Any constipation problem ? 10. Any Drugs history ? Please answer the above questions to make a good diagnosis and treatment protocol.

Do physiotherapy exercises for neck.supportive neck pillow .i need physical examination to come to conclusion.better to scan neck structures. take paracetamol lowest dose bd for some people it will cause drowsiness.

Hello.... If it's not eye problem then it could be due to lack of sleep... One needs sleep for at least seven to eight hours... With deep sleep at night you feel fresh in morning.... Don't skip meals, avoid coffee, tea, avoid sleeping in day time.. Don't take tension as its also one of the reason....
