Suffocated at home
I am a single child, with overprotective parents. I recently had an anxiety attck due some health issue, & still undergoing meds. I always feel like travelling to distract myself, have new exp. But my parents wont let me travel due to safety issues. Due to this, I feel suffocated. Pls advise as parents  dont listen

You need to see a counsellor who can firstly help you deal with your anxiety. Maybe your parents will also need counselling.
