Obesepartner!sick parents! Unemployd me
My partner is 155 kgs. When I asked to reduce weight he yells at me and he strongly says that he is healthy. He constantly asks time to reduce the weight , like 6 months , 3months but he wont make any change. I have waited 5 yrs. When I entered relationship with him, he was 135 kgs not scary at that point of time. But he gradually started gaining that completely ruins my peace of mind. Im also scared of late pregnancy. When I take any of these topics to him,  he starts saying im over thinking since im unemployed. We both are 28 now. Waiting for months and seeing no results made me sick. My younger brother got married and having a child. My sister is 23 yrs old. My dad met with an accident and could not walk now. My mother is suffering from Osteoarthritis and couldnt walk. Im taking care of both.I would have gone somewhere for work if my parents are healthy. Im in a helpless situation. he knowing my situation, treating me badly commenting on my weaknesses.  depressed. how to feel better

A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every case. Also is importance of the mental status examination to come for a diagnosis. Every one goes through the ups and downs in the life .Also don’t let other’s behaviour to spoil your mood. Do go for regular exercises and yoga exercises. Have adequate sleep time. Wait for a time when your mind is clear and discuss with your near dears. Take a decision for your future life
