Suffering with constipation
I am a breastfeeding mother sufferring with constipatiin from 10 days..I used piclin syrup it gave me good relief but my baby started watery motions and will cry a lot before pooping..doctors kindly help

Safe laxative for breastfeeding mothers is..
syp Duphalac .
Have it 10ml only at nights after food for 10days.
Also try to eat more fiber diet improving your bowel habits .
