Sir i am suffered from constipation so in all day i dont feel so good and i am not able to constraint on my work and study what should i do?

Hey, Include whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables in you and your diet. Avoid dairy products ,include high fiber containing diet . It is important to keep yourself well hydrated. . Mild osmotic laxatives ,stimulant laxatives are helpful. Avoid non veg ,junk foods .
