It's a viral infection will come down by 3 to 5 days.
Apply chandan/ redmud paste on the eruptions.
For fever body pain give Reverol syrup /amrtaarista 2 tsf three times a day till fever comes down.
Give boiled cooled water abundantly.
Soups/ ganji/tendercoconut water can also be given.
