Suffering with Alopecia

Hello Doctor, My name is Santhi from Bangalore, iam suffering with Alopacia from past 4 years, last year I took alopati treatment got my hair again same problem, this time it has spreaded to my eyebrows and eyelashes also, iam so depressed, now iam a feeding mom I have 7 months old baby, how can I proceed for treatment, is it ok to take treatment while feeding?? How much time it will take for hair regrowth? Which treatment is best for fast regrowth, and what is the permanent solution?? Shall I go for Ayurvedic, homio or again Alopati?? Please suggest me.. I have few more prescriptions not able to upload all.. Thanks, Santhi gali.
