Suffering since past 6-7 years.
I have this weird feeling of loneliness and fear of being alone especially when i get to know that ppl i live with my friends or even parents are leaving and will not be there at home or wont able to come back home due to work or any other cause. I get very tensed if i get the information about the same in prior. I keep on thinking how will i stay, will it b possible for me or not. I always seek for another person to be there so as to not feel scared or lonely. I especially feel very suffocated at times, chest seems to be heavy n i cry uncontrollably and doesn't able to figure it out why i am feeling so. Sometimes i feel suicidal, it affect my sleeping as i always need a person near me to sleep with, if there is no one it may happen that how badly i want to sleep i wont be able to sleep and may need cough syrup so that i can fell asleep. This kind of phase is affecting my studies and relationships. I am so fed up of feeling like this and i am not sure what it is and why it is happening
