Suffering from under weight
I am suffering from under weight..my weight is only 45kg..even I eat a lot but can't weight gain..I tired all kind of ideas..but doesn't works..my tummy is feeling bloated after eating.. I don't know what to do for weight gain naturally..pls suggest something

Hey i do understand your concern...definately i will suggest you a diet chart that will probably be useful for u in gaining weight.
Next Steps
Diet chart: morning- tea(1 cup) with diet biscuits. break fast8 .30am -( banana shake with endura mass), toast with garlic butter,egg ommlet(1), aloo parantha( 1) lunch 1pm to1.30pm-  mixed grain chapatti(2 to 3), aloo panneer sabji(1 bowl), moong dal(1 bowl), veg rice(1plate) and rasgulla(1 piece) evening 5 to 5. 30pm - green tea with sprouts chat (1 plate) dinner 7.30 to 8 pm- veg parantha (2), soyabean sabji(1 bowl), rice (1plate) with chana dal(1 bowl), vermicelli kheer(1bowl) . before sleeping- milk with endura mass.
Health Tips
1- do your thyroid test. 2- do weight gain power yoga. 3- drink pleanty of water. 4- include satturated fats, fish, leaned meat in your diet.

Hello dear, I understand your concern. Let me know if you have any gastric issues or digestive disorders or not. You can have wholesome cereals like barley atta, ragi, jowar along with protein rich foods lik dals, chana, sprouts. If non veg then eggs, fish or lean meat. Do have a heavy dinner and drink enough water daily.

Do normal routine yoga to keep yourself away from digestion issues and fitness at optimal level.
