Suffering from spondyolisthesis
Hello doctors, I had a slip disc last year June and last month I felt the same and got my X-rays done it's shows that my vertebrae has moved (please find attached my last year and lates X-rays ) kindly let me know if it's severe !! I delivered my daughter on 2019 through c section and since then I'm suffering from back pain and various issues related to lower back. Feeling really low n loosing myself !! I'm stil 32 I can't imagine spending rest of my life with this issues getting severe day by day year by year .. please share your thoughts regarding my case

The degree of displacement of the vertebra does not look severe from last year's Xray. The recent X-ray picture is unclear, hence cannot comment.
You might have a disc issue, which is not visible on X-ray.
