If there is no history of cardiac ailments, shoulder or neck injury you can right away start with wax therapy and interferential therapy in a physiotherapy clinic. He would also need mild shoulder mobilizations. Preferably you can consult a Manual therapy specialized physiotherapist in bangalore. You can also check your father's blood sugar levels.

It seems that your father is having initial phase of frozen shoulder .Don't wast much time go to a physiotherapist. They may first find the cause of problem and give little manual therapy and some instruments which increase blood circulation and reduce pain.Slowly in next few sittings physio may start some exercises.Eventually and slowly your father will feel better! Don't worry .He may need 15 day to 30 days regular physiotherapy sessions.
Next Steps
find a good physiotherapist
Health Tips
