Suffering from PCOD
I've been suffering from PCOD for many years now, the problem I'm facing is acne and delayed periods. I was under homeopathic medication for last 4 years and it acted well and even it helped me in conceiving a baby. I discontinued taking medicines last month, Right now I'm not taking any medicine beacuse somewhere I'm not totally satisfied. Last month I got periods but it was very very  scanty i.e it only stains the pad or just blood stained leucorrhoea discharge, that continued for 2 weeks. Under medication, on an average I had menstrual cycle of 60 days and normal 5days menses. But now I' m looking for a better solution where my body is not wholly dependent on medicines, and I can even balance my hormones through diet and lifestyle changes in long run.
