Suffering from panik attack.
From 2006 December iam suffering from panik attack suddenly, and that moment my pulse rate will be high. So doctor prescribed me xet cr plus 12.5 one in .orning and one ativan 1 mg at night .could you please suggest some other way to avoid this two medicine and instead fod this medicine kindly suggest some sos medicine if require. Also suggest a good consultant.
