My height is 5'3" and weight is 59 how to reduce my weight and increase height in a month or a bit faster as i am not comfortable i want to loose atleast 5 kg

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Have plenty of fibre rich foods and include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies daily. See in one month you can loose 3 to 4 kg or less if you are near to your ideal body weight then you will loose more slowly Start doing exercise you can do one hour yoga,zumba, pilate, or running is good etc. And avoid eating out Stop eating fried food Drink enoigh water Be active through out the day With it you need to take balance diet as per your body requirement i need assess your requirement as per will plan diet
