Is there is no any permanent cure of Ocd. I am taking a SSRI medicine as prescribed by psychiatrist from 2 year but OCD is persist

OCD is a chronic illness that needs treatment ranging from 2 years to lifetime depending on your symptomatology / severity and co morbid depressive/ anxiety complaints
SSRI are first line treatment that have good efficacy in OCD
