Suffering from major skin rashes

I have been facing skin rash problem since many years now, have tried many medicines even homeopathy but nothing seems to work. Lately, it has become worse as my skin is thinning now and starts bleeding if I wax it. The rashes appear anywhere on my body. Earlier they used appear once in a while now it's a daily problem.
