My age is 46 , suffering from right knee pain since 5 months . Even I am not able to walk instantly if I sits more than half hour. Doctor diagnosis me through MRI. The result is
1:-Grade ll tear of posterior horn of lateral meniscus seen extending upto interior surface.
2:- Moderate joint effusion.
3:- Subchondral marrow edema seen involving medial femoral and tibial condyles.
Please advise me for treatment

Hello..
Well I would suggest you to meet an orthopaedic surgeon in first place for advice...Well yes the tear is there but I don't think you would require any procedure for it as of now..He would suggest you rest, proper physiotherapy and knee cap which will take care of the effusion too..Thank you
