Hello Sir,
Long back during house cleaning I meet an accident where I hurt me my knee in the left leg
I'm suffering from lower Half knee pain and knee bone pain (Half)
This severely increases when there is any kind of extra load while walking, exercising etc
I tried to use warm bandage on it with Pain balm but it severely shooted

Try to give rest by reducing some activities like standing or walking. Avoid repetitive kneeling or squatting. Do not do any strengthening exercises as of now. Once the pain reduces significantly you can start them slowly.

Start with knee exercises , walks , avoiding painful activities , antiinflammatory medicines . If it does not get better then a clinical examination will be needed.
Since there is a history of injury, i would suggest to avoid exertional activities. At the same time get your clinical examination done to rule out the cause. Could be meniscus or ligament injury. Bony injury is less likely
