Hi my child is 3 nd half year old nd he is suffering from fever since yrsterday nd is he is having vry high fever could u pls suggest some medicine pls because the clinics will not be opn until 10 am

Give syp Crocin ds 5 ml thrice a day along with sponging with cold water and wait for clinic to open
