Suffering from high Cholesterol
Am suffering from high Cholesterol and LDA is 220 . I don't have any problem in my body but am suffering from snoring.i don't have any bad habits like smoking and drinking... My questions are ... 1. For high Cholesterol shall I consult a cardiologist or general physician. 2.any medicine is required for high Cholesterol (220 LDL) or just changing my food habits is enough.

Please send lipid profile, you need life style modification with medicine to correct your cholesterol

Yes at this level medicine is required. Seems to be a inherited problem called primary hypercholesterolemia. Consult a cardiologist
