Suffering from fever since last 3 days, after consulting a doctor have been giving her apex P-250 still no change . what should be done?

Hello, Do tepid sponging every half an hourly if the temp is above100. Continue same medication if it's not showing any effect then follow up with the same doctor who treated your child. Thank you
