H/o weight loss plus cough since long duration
No information about sputum.No indo about other symptoms like fever, breathlessness.
Please do consult a physician and get yourself evaluated for lung infections.You may need to undergo sputum testing, chest x ray etc.
Do not delay further.
Self medication without knowing the cause can be harmful.
