Suffering from cold, dry cough and mild
Darshil Ranjan Parida who is my son is suffering from cold, dry cough and mild fever since last two days. I have given him Calpal-250 paracetamol, but for sometime he feels well, after that the same symptoms continue.

Greetings, continue paracetamol in the weight appropriate dose. Kindly mention age n weight. Medication need to be started for other symptoms also. Kindly consult online/offline

Usually viral fever lasts for 3 to 4 days
You can consult a paediatrician if the child is dull, not taking food, not voiding urine adequately 6 to 8 times per day,
Give him plenty of fluids
