Suffering from back pain for one month
Hello.. I'm having back pain since one-month.I have consulted orthopedician.he asked me to done MRI.after seeing the reports, doctor confirmed it was a nerve compression on my back. He prescribed me some medicine for one month and some stretching exercises.though using the medicine, doing the exercises, I recently got a severe pain on my back again. Then I consulted a physiotherapist near to me. She first did occupuncture to me which left me in unbearable pain. I asked her not to do that, she said Thai it is a part of physiotherapy. Really it comes under physiotherapy! Or anything else?please answer

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Physiotherapy is indeed helpful. Some electrotherapy with lumbar traction can ease your pain. Core strengthening is a must with stretching exercises.
Health Tips
Do hot water formentation at home when experiencing severe pain, & rest for one day.

Accupunture doesnt come under physiotherapy, but if the concerned physiotherapist has done the certification for that, he or she may practice it. You shall post the specific report, so that we can help you give that specific exercise protocol that can help you. Though from the specifications you have given , you should first take electrotherapy to decrease pain and then start doing exercises.
Next Steps
Shall post the specific reports to get perfect treatment protocol, so as to know which nerve is compressed
