Suffering for severe gout
My colleague in the US is suffering from severe gout for 15 years.
Here are the gout meds he tried for years and recently but produce bad side effects for him.
1. Colchicine 0.6 MG
2. Allopurinol 100-300 MG.
3. Uloric 40 MG
1 & 2 was prescribed over 15 years ago. He took them for 4 years and stopped because his arms/leg got num and gout attacks continued. He started taking them again 2 months ago but stopped them 2 days ago for the same reasons.
He tried #3 uloric 5 months ago but stopped due to dizziness and headache side effects
He's desperately looking for good guidance to solve this problem. Please help .
