  4. Suffering by Neck pain. Is continue?

Suffering by Neck pain
From past 10 days I m suffering by Neck pain on right side . Initially I used index for 1 to 2 days but no relief met to our family doctor and started carbon see 100 for 3 days got some relaxation but pain is still going on not able to sleep properly. I have done oil massage on that part but still the pain is continue

Hi Your neck pain might be because of your sleeping posture ..Put hot water bag & use soft pillow or towel roll ..& Do stretching exercises..
