Sudden spotting and bleeding
I had unprotected sex for the first time last month (January). In February, my period arrived on time. However, after my period ended, I experienced continuous brown, thread-like spotting. On day 15 of my cycle, I started having light bleeding again, which has been ongoing without any pain. I have never experienced this before, and my periods have always been regular. I also usually feel ovulation pain every month, but this time, I did not experience it. Kindly suggest what to do.

You should wait for your next period (about 10 days from now). If you don't get your periods by that time please do a urine pregnancy test and consult a Gynaecologist for further management.
