Hi ,jst casually went for sugar test and in fasting its 276.no symptoms of diabetes.please suggest.hba1c is 11.1.

fasting sugar more than 125 mg% random sugar more than 200 mg% HBA1c more than 6.5 these indicate diabetes ,so you are diabetic confirmed.in initial phase diet and exercise help a lot and you first 3 to 6 months of treatment will have an impact on future course of action.meet a good physician or diabetologist

It's sure...You have diabetes...HbA1c is high...Which is three months avg sugar...Consult diabetologists...Start medicines as soon as possible...Need to investigate for normal kidney function.... Cholesterol.....Walk at least 45 min a day...Avoid sweet...Have less carbs...More proteins.....Be regular in taking medicine....

Very sorry to inform you but you are having Diabetes. It's to high so please consult Diabetologist immediately to get treatment as early as possible. Long term higher sugar levels may damage nerves, kidneys and eyes.
