Substitute Medicine
My doctor has prescribed EZICAS AZ nasal spray Doctor has given this for allergic rhinitis. My local store has AZEFLO nasal spray. Is it same ? Can it be used as substitute? Pease see the medicine snapshot attached.

Yeah Both have same salt but if different brand . Azelastine is an antihistamine. It works by preventing the effects of a substance called histamine, which is produced by the body. Histamine can cause itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.

Fluticasone nasal spray is used to treat sneezing, itchy or runny nose, or other symptoms caused by hay fever. It is also used to treat nasal polyps in adults. This is a steroid medicine.
