Hi. Subserosal fibroid is small in size and usually it will not harm as fertility concern. Also it will not effect on yr menstrual period and flow bcz its outer of uterus. But it can cause pain during menses. Cant say exactly how much it increase in size per month. But it vary from pt to pt. Yes it can increase by 1to 1.5 cm by every year approximately. But it again depends on yr oestrogen status.
