Uterine fibroids. Have a lot of tension!

For posterior wall uterine fibroid with size 54×42mm size I'm using fibristal5mg tablets with doctor prescription I'm using this tablet from 3 days but from three days I have continuous bleeding so please suggest me ur advice madam which surgery is best for me myomectomy or laproscopic I got married on October 2016 I want children our doctor suggest me next month after post menses better to do myomectomy I have no abdominal pain now after using this fibristal5mg tablet I have continuous bleeding and I have another fibroid on anterior wall with 27×22mm is it problematic for my conceiving why these fibroids came to my uterus for my condition which one is better surgery or tablets I have done all tests FSH LH TSH all tests results came normal my doctor gave one injection last month leupride injection how my fibroids shrink pls give ur valuable suggestions to me madam I want children I have lot of fear about my health condition so pls give ur suggestions madam I have a lot of tension
