Kindly guide me, recently  I diagnosed with subendometrial fibroid 1.1*1.2 cm in anterior wall upper portion of cavity , I don't have any symptoms, I am trying for pregnancy, is should be removed for fertility? what kind of surgery needed to remove this? Pls guide me it should be removed or not? For normal pregnancy
