Nicotine replacement therapies, which might not work for everyone, it's essential to address the underlying issues that contribute to these habits. In addition to medication, consider seeking support through behavioural therapies. Counseling or therapy can help you explore the reasons behind your tobacco use and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Mind Sculpt, my online therapy service, provides a confidential space where you can work with a professional to address the psychological aspects of your habit. Remember, breaking a habit requires determination and support. Combining medical assistance with therapeutic interventions can significantly enhance your chances of success.
