Subchrionic hemorrhage- increase in size
During the 7th week of my pregnancy, I had light bleeding and upon scanning got to know that I have Subchrionic hemorrhage measuring 1.3*0.7cm. I was given pregnancy supportive medication and was bleeding lightly on and off. In the 12th week, it started bleeding heavily. I got an NT scan done today(13th week), baby growth is good and heartbeat is 163bpm,  however the size of sch increased to 3.4*1.1cm. I am suggested to continue taking rest and medication Dydrogesterone 10mg thrice daily, susten 200mg twice daily, proluton depot 500mg injection once a week and Pause 500mg in case of heavy bleeding. 1. Going forward, Will there be any problem with baby growth due to increase in sch size? 2. This is my second pregnancy. In my first pregnancy, I had hypertension and now am not able to start Ecosprin due to this SCH. will this impact the baby ?

It's unpredictable.mostly pregnancy progresses as  uneventful. Follow your doctor's advice Take rest plenty of fluids and medication. Don't stress you are doing your best nothing more can be done at this stage than wait and watch and regularly follow up/ monitor scan with your gunec.

I hope you are taking folic acid. Avoid Physical intimacy. Monitor scanning wkly to monitor fetal wellbeing. Better you connect in clinic to safeguard the fetus.
