Sub chorionic hemorrhage
I have SCH measuring 2.1.x0.5cm and after I found this SCH within 4 dats I saw a veru tiny clot. So do I need to consult doctor immediately or I can take bed rest completely. I want to know is my baby safe or not.m much worried

what is your period of gestation? to know the well being of baby we need to follow it up with an ultrasound. you need to take rest, avoid any strenuous work or lifting objects. take tab susten sr 300 mg at bed time also if u are still having bleeding take tab zifi 200mg for 5 days just to prevent any secondary infection. and if bleeding is alarming any time u need to consult ,for continued spotting repeat usg after a week

Yes that's an emergency..take strict bed rest.no intercourse or weight lifting. Take tab susten sr 300 mg twice daily.n inj hucog 5000 units im weekly..both are for pregnancy support. Also follow with ultrasound obstetrics after one week to know the size of SCH
