I am 14 weeks pregnant having bleeding due to sub chorionic hematoma I am on progesterone injection and tablets how will this hematoma resolve. Does it bleed and disappear? after taking Medication and complete rest having bleeding should I be worried what to do next

The volume of your Haematoma is less than 2 ml. If there is no fresh bleeding then it will clot and get absorbed into the tissues. Part of it will come out which will be seen.
