I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a challenging time. It's understandable to feel overwhelmed because of the state of your bp. Seek professional help: It's essential to consider speaking with a mental health professional such as a therapist or counselor. They can provide personalized guidance and support to help you address your specific worries and anxieties. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises, can help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions and reduce the tendency to ruminate on worries. They can also be useful during anxiety attacks to help you regain control over your thoughts. Set aside "worry time": Designate a specific time during the day for worrying. When anxious thoughts arise outside of that designated time, remind yourself that you will address them during your designated period, which can help you postpone excessive worrying. Challenge negative thoughts: When you catch yourself engaging in negative or catastrophic thinking, challenge those thoughts by asking yourself if there is any evidence to support them. Often, anxiety can cause us to think the worst-case scenario, even when it's unlikely to happen.

Veniz should be taken in the morning otherwise it it can cause sleep disturbances. It generally takes 10-15 days for the medication to work and symptoms tend to resolve gradually over time and with dose adjustments. Sleep issue may autocorrect once the anxiety is under control but if you feel you need something to help in the meantime, pls consult your doctor for options of sleeping pills

Hello I'm sorry to hear that From the history you've mentioned, it seems you have "illness anxiety disorder". In any anxiety disorder, medications are supposed to be started slowly in minimum doses and escalated slowly. You can take a consultation, so that you're assessed for other anxiety disorders and your medication optimised. You also may need some benzodiazepines for some time.
