Hi, I am facing severe anxiety.
I am facing this from a year now and I consulted psychologists who told me for medications but I feel I would get addicted to them.. but my health problems including bp fluctuations, dizziness, insomnia and panic attacks are not stopping even after every solution so I just want to ask.. should I go for medications?

Yes you should. I recommend you go for both medication and psychotherapy for your anxiety issues, as the evidence for both forms of management in combination is quite robust.
