Pain is sign of body that something is wrong so as you said you are facing more pain in morning that means when your muscles are paining you when they need to contract & relax after rest. This can be due to weak muscles as you took rest for long time or might be due to deficiency of calcium, vit. D , b12.

Consult in person with nearby physiotherapist and take proper electrotherapy treatment for 10 days, later you will be suggested with strengthening exercises.
My suggestion is you start doing streching, exercise and visit a nearby physiotherapist rather than consulting online. Your pain can be easily be reduced by manual therapy. I suggest you take that from a nearby therapist and then start with exercises and postural training. Continue the streching and exercises and wear proper belt for lumbar support during work.
Sir, it's mandatory to go for physiotherapy as the pain is continues from past 3 months. After a brief assessment the strength of muscles, any tightness of muscles, mascular spasm, nerve compression, etc can be checked & treatment goals can be planned.
A step by step guideline for exercises will surely help to reduce pain & build the strength of low back muscles.

Hello,
Your symptoms suggest chronic lower back pain, possibly due to loss of lumbar lordosis, muscle tightness, or early degenerative disc changes. Since your pain is worse in the morning and improves with movement, it's likely related to stiff muscles and reduced spinal flexibility overnight.
Next Steps
Get a physio session nearby you or take a online physiotherapy consultation
