Strong Pain in left leg

From past 4 days i had a strong pain in my left leg below knee ,when i take pain relieve it will stop for 4-5 hours after that again start the pain

Pain in the leg without injury can arise due to weakness of Bones due to low vitamin D, a developing infection, poor blood supply or inadequate venous return to name a few causes. A good clinical examination with probably a few relevant investigations will help find the cause and guide treatment. I think you should see an orthopedic surgeon in your city for further management.
