Strong pain and stiffness in lower back
M having very strong pain in lower back sine 3 days and cant move rise from bed, bend or sit. the pain is very sharp at times.

Take painkillers as you need and apply hot fomentation. Try to keep mobile as too much rest is not good for muscle recovery and strength. Avoid stress on your back and avoid lifting or moving anything heavy. Gentle stretching is also beneficial.

This could be because of severe muscle spasms which may have happened due to Lumbosacral strain or disc pathology.
Next Steps
Bed rest  for 2 to 3 days on firm bed. Do hot fomentation, apply some Pain relief gel. Avoid bending forward jogging jumping running and lifting weights.
