Stressed nights
Not being able to sleep at nights. Sometimes I sleep on time yet wake up at odd intervals of time and then don't sleep. My head hurts and my eyes hurt more.

Hello. Sleep disturbances without any associated mood problems & overwhelming fatigue + body pain symptoms is suggestive of disturbed circadian rhythm. One of the major cause of which is, shift work, irregular sleep & eating habits, indulgence in alcohol & tobacco etc. So,are you having any of these issues? Kindly clarify

as soon as you get up in morning, sit in sunlight with controlled direct sunlight exposure to eyes (use shades if necessary) for approx 30 minutes. you ll start feeling better in 3-4 days

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Sleep disturbances is very common issue in Anxiety and tension. As you have not mentioned all this...I suggest try zolpidem 5 for few days...and maintain sleep hygiene. Let's c

If sleep is the only problem without any mood disturbance, Anxiety symptoms then you don't need to do anything. Just watch my video(how to improve sleep) for tips for good sleep and follow them.
