Psychologist Yes, what you’re experiencing does seem closely related to stress and anxiety-related physiological responses — possibly panic attacks or somatic stress episodes. When you’re under long-term emotional pressure, your nervous system gets sensitized. So even if you’re not consciously feeling overwhelmed, your body holds that tension — and it finds a way to speak through symptoms. The shaking, breathing difficulty, and especially the cold or numb sensation on one side can be due to the body entering a mild fight-or-flight state. Your blood vessels may constrict, your muscles tense, and oxygen flow shifts — it’s a biological alarm system. The fact that meditation helped you regulate is a powerful sign: your body still trusts your awareness and ability to soothe it. But these repeated episodes are your mind’s way of saying, “Something needs attention — not just at the body level, but emotionally too.” Let’s not wait for this to escalate. A combination of therapy, grounding exercises, and gently exploring what you’re emotionally carrying can help you feel safer in your own body again. You don’t have to deal with this alone. Take therapy, and you can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five. You’re strong for noticing this and for calming yourself down — now let’s build long-term calm together.

Can be signs of a panic attack. But medical issues cannot be ruled out, therefore thorough evaluation by physician is needed.
