Hello sir, I have a stress fracture in my shin bone while performing squats and I have completely avoided squatting right now, can I perform exercises like brisk walking at the moment and how much mg of calcium tablets should I consume.

If you have a stress fracture of tibia then you must give complete rest to the bone. Which part of tibia?
