I'm having trouble talking to people. Whenever, I talk, it's almost as though I've forgotten how to do it. I easily loose my temper with others in my family. I feel so lost. Need help on these issues.

Hello Really sorry to hear that you are unable to communicate as you used to do earlier. There could be various reasons why you are feeling irritated and lose your temper easily and are feeling lost. All of these issues can be sorted with talk therapy. Please connect with a Psychologist to speak what's on your heart and mind. Once we know the reason behind this sudden change in your mood and behavior we can help you resolve these issues.
Next Steps
Talking your heart out to a Psychologist will help you remove all pent up emotions and make you feel lighter and better. Hope you feel better soon! Take care and God bless you with health and healing!

Hi. Social anxiety surely has underlying issues like fears of judgements of people, self worth issues, helplessness etc. Sometimes you are not able to come out on your own and needs help.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychological counselor, either in person or online.
Health Tips
When you are angry or anxious, just take a minute off for yourself, breathe consciously, try to relax, find your equilibrium and then respond to the situation or a person. However unless the underlying issues are addressed, it might not help effectively.
