Stress anxiety hypochondriac
Hello sir I don't want to take medicine. Please suggest some tips to overcome strange body symptoms, hypersensitive of body pain, chronic headache. I have feel strange pop of sensation in the middle of chest when I walk. Please suggest some tips or exercise or yoga exercises. Please your advice save my life. Today I try some stretching exercises which causes chest pain headache which makes me very anxious. Please help

Dear you, From what you are describing.  Your body is experiencing symtoms of anxiety. If you don't want to take medication.  You will just have to focus of breathing exercises. 
Next Steps
select a diaphragm breathing tutorial from youtube. (don't over surf or over educate yourself right. select one tutorial) 1. start breathing excersices . Twice a day for 5 minutes each. Don't try to over achieve yourself. 2. if you start feeling panicking while breathing exercise. force yourself to think about one happy memory of your life. and hold that thought and breath.  3. Do this or minimum 21 days. one day at a time. 4. Just do this. and rest will follow.
