Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here.. If you can't manage your emotions it leads to stress, anxiety or depression.. Life will throw all such challenges in professional and personal life, which need to be managed with a balance . You need counselling support to first ventilate your emotion, feelings or concerns. Then you can work on the self therapies or few excerieses to learn the trick of emtional handling. Be positiive. you will be alright soon.
