Hello practo user I can understand your concerns . It seems that there is some negative event which could be contributing to these disturbing symptoms of restlessness and wanting to socially isolate oneself . It is suggested that you practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis as it will help you understand your thoughts better . Try and maintain a diary in which you can note down your daily mood and mention situations which are bothering you . Try and talk to your close family members and friends and spend quality time with them engaging in activities so as it distract yourself . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth evaluation and formulation of a treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Definitely it's bothering you....well as it's already few weeks...I think you should take some help if the following things are not good going ... Sleep, work, appetite. Sometimes adjustment issues after some stressors... vanishes easily with yoga and exercise. Still I suggest talk to a close friend ...just talk.... And start yoga....till you are ready for a consultation.
