Hello, Fear of crowded places, or fear from places where getting out or escape is seemingly difficult are common types of phobic illnesses. Concomitant fear of vomiting, anxiety, racing heartbeat, sweaty palms, etc can be other symptoms. Such symptoms would require a comprehensive assessment in terms of physical illnesses like thyroid, anemia, vitamin D deficiency, etc, and a complete psychological and mental health assessment. Only after a comprehensive assessment further management plan can be formulated. However be assured that your condition is treatable and help can be provided to you if you seek professional intervention. A combination of medication and psychological intervention is required in most symptoms like yours. The results of such combination approach have been quite good. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future..
